Respondent abuse can take several forms. Perhaps the most common is lengthy interviews. It is not uncommon for companies to request additional “nice to know” questions, or even exploratory questions on an entirely separate project. This leads to long questionnaires or long interviews which leads the respondents to refuse in participating surveys.
