When looked in industrial practice, there are some levels where ERP implementation projects are carried out such as strategic, tactical and operational. Evaluation of the current legacy system, project vision and objectives, implementation strategies, consultants and benchmarking are included in the strategic level. While the tactical level consists of client consultation, business process change, software selection and the implementation approach, the operational level involves business process modeling, system configuration, final preparation and system deployment.
