70s and 80s saw the development of pop music along the Anatolian Pop and western pop. New names appeared on the scene and more popular music groups were formed. Some sang to the folk tunes some to the tunes of the classical Turkish music. All the other musicians first appeared before 70’s Modern Folk Üçlüsü is the  one that first appeared in the 70’s.
