Talent management is a relatively vague term that has contradictory views related to its meaning and management approaches. As an effective management of human skills, abilities, knowledge and experience, talent management is the collection of typical functions of human resources departments such as recruiting, selection, development or training.

The term business intelligence refers to technologies, applications and practices for the collection, integration, analysis, and presentation of business information.

The scheduling feasibility asks the question “Is it possible to set up the proposed system in the determined time interval?” For this purpose, project activity scheduling techniques like PERT and Gant are used to determine whether it is feasible to setup system on time. Electronic human resource (e-HR) is a term that identifies a form of technology that enables HR professionals to integrate the business’s HR strategies and processes in order to improve overall HR service delivery (Bulmash, 2006, p.63). Strohmeier (2007, p.20) defines electronic human resource management (e-HRM) as “the application of information technology for both networking and supporting at least two individual or collective actors in their shared performing HR activities.” Basically, it is the conduction of HRM activities with the use of the Internet and the Intranet.

4. Evaluate the alternatives
5. Determine the most feasible solution
