In addition, they are used in situations when management information systems are inadequate to make decisions. When non-routine and complexed factors are effective and decision problems that require knowledge analysis and interpretation are concerned, these systems provide supports for determination and evaluation of alternatives, and creation of decision options by understanding the data related with the decision to make.
