These include: wars, predatory economic pursuits, crimes against the environment, unrelenting injustices against domestic minorities, insensitivity to global famine amidst plenty, domestic neglect and violence against the defenseless, such as children, women, and the criminalization of punitive and vindictive, legal systems designed to punish instead of rehabilitation and prevent crimes.
