These models generally labeled as one-best-way models where the description of excellent organizational culture is presented as a panacea. Two of the most well-known examples of this stream is William G. Ouchi’s “Theory Z” and Tom J. Peters & Thomas H. Waterman’s “In Search of Excellence.”
